I meet many emotionally intelligent people who either don’t realise they have this core life skill or don’t know how to develop it to increase emotional wellbeing.

Dr Travis Bradberry lists 18 signs of emotional intelligence which help us identify which aspects of our emotional intelligence we want to develop. Once we recognise which areas we struggle with, we can challenge our automatic thought processes and learn new ones, which leads to increased wellbeing.
